This is the first posting for my new blog. My plan is to share good books that I'm reading, tips on helping your children improve their reading, and anything else that I find interesting in the literary world.
I have always enjoyed reading. It was not until the last 10 years or so that I really became immersed in literature. In 2006, I made a new year's resolution to read an average of a book a week for a year. I finished the year with 52 new books in my repertoire.
